Holiday Shows
Round Top Natural Soap is just beginning our most busy time of the year. We have individual orders coming in and wholesale orders to fill. We also will be attending some regional holiday markets to market our products to new customers.
Right now I am preparing and packing for the next holiday market we will be attending. We will be at the Baton Rouge River Center, October 15-18 for the 25th annual Hollydays Market put on by The Junior League of Baton Rouge.
I am very excited about the new display we will be bringing. I talked my husband, Beau, into going up to Indiana for a Nail Bin (Yes, just like you see in the hardware store.) I had purchased from EBay. I got a great deal, so he was able to get one too for his workshop. We took it apart, cleaned it up and spray painted it gold. I can't wait to set it up at the show.
Now, back to work. I've got lots of lotion and body butter to make. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

First Day of the Warrenton Show
The first day of the Round Top - Warrenton Antique Show is over. Our booth really looks great. I will try to post a photogragh tomorrow. The weather was really nice, a bit cooler than it has been in the past. My new show assistant, Maya, was great help. Tomorrow she will be demonstrating our new scrubs. We had good sales and saw returning customers and friends. Overall we had the best first day we have ever had.

Getting Ready for the Show Season
At Round Top Natural Soap we are busy getting ready for our Fall Show season. Our first show starts this Friday, September 26th with Round Top - Warrenton Antique Fairs. We have already put up our tent in Warrenton and tomorrow we will stock it. We always share a booth with our friend, Kim Naumann of The Rhinestone Cowgirls. Kim does some really creative and unique jewelry and decorative items with letters and crystals. We take turns being at the booth so we can get other things done, too. Our booth is located in Warrenton out in front of Zapp Hall and behind the Warrenton Store. This show we are trying something new. I have a young friend, Maya, who will be demonstrating our scrubs. She will also have samples of our products to hand out. She will be at the Warrenton Show this weekend starting Friday afternoon.
We also have our products in a shop at Bybee Square in Round Top. I will be helping at the shop on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and some over that weekend, too. Maya will be in front of the shop demonstrating the scrubs and handing out samples on Friday afternoon and again on Saturday.
Come by and see us if you are around.

I am so excited. Now I've got to get my people to come in and do the plumbing and electric.
